Australia is a fantastic place to visit when travelling, but one of my favourite places is Perth. Perth is one of the largest cities in Australia, and it’s definitely one of the most fun and cultured. There are so many things to see and do – Perth is THE place to be! You Can Explore Perth for Free
It’s easy to get around Perth for free; all you need to do is hop on the Central Area Transit bus. Passengers can travel for free on any one of these buses, so you don’t need to worry about spending a fortune on taxis! On the other hand, you can explore in style by hiring a Perth limo. There’s a choice for every budget, so there’s no need to worry!
Play an Instrument
Not just any instrument – the didgeridoo of course! What other instrument would you want to learn in one of the best cities in Australia? Head over to Fremantle, which is home to Australia’s biggest didgeridoo shop. There are even workshops there, so you can learn whatever your skill level. The great thing is, a 15 minute session is completely free!
Get a Taste for Some Fine Beer
Perth has some fantastic beer on offer, so if you like a drink, you’ll love it here. The Little Creatures Brewery is an especially cool place to visit. It’s a converted boat shed that can be found on a fishing harbour. Free tours run from 1-3 pm.
Relax on the Beach
Fancy just relaxing on a beautiful beach? No problem! Perth has a grand total of 19 of them. They’re easy to get to too, so you don’t have to trek for miles or get an expensive taxi ride. I recommend Cottesloe, which is the most popular. There are quieter beaches though, if you prefer.
Explore the Cultural Side of Perth
I told you Perth had a cultural side, and I wasn’t lying! There’s a cultural centre in the middle of the city, which is home to some great attractions. You’ll learn all about the different sides to Perth, as well as enjoy free WiFi and some interesting markets.
Enjoy a Walking Tour
Although you can explore Perth in many ways, one nice way to go about it is walking. There are themed walks running from Monday-Friday, so check one out to get some exercise and explore. An entire tour can take up 2 hours, but you can join in at any time or leave at any time.
